“New” North Korean Constitution

The New York Times reports that North Korea has a new Constitution in “New North Korean Constitution Bolsters Kim’s Power.”
The new Constitution does not use the word “communism,” and deems Kim Jong Il as the “supreme leader” of the country.  The Constitution states that it “respects and protects… human rights.”

Robert King appointed as U.S. special envoy for NK HR
